Order Processing Times:

We strive to send orders within Australia within 1-2 business days.  

International orders may take 1-3 Business Days to ship. Recipient is responsible for any customs fees or duties that may be assessed.

AUS

We offer free shipping by Australia Post on orders over $100. There will always be a free shipping option for Australian orders.

We offer standard shipping by Australia Post according to the current postage fees. These will be clearly displayed at the checkout.

NEW ZEALAND

We offer low cost shipping to New Zealand by Australia Post based on the rates calculated at checkout.

WORLDWIDE

We offer fast Australia Post International, with the price calculated automatically at checkout depending on your location in the world. Worldwide orders require a special effort to export, to track, and in the case of damage, to replace.

Due to the complexity of international shipping, buyer assumes all risk with international shipments.  In the case that shipments are lost in transit or experiencing long delays, we are unable to offer a refund as we do not recover product.  In the case of returned international orders for whatever reason, we are unable to refund the cost of original shipment. A reship will require payment of shipping again. For this reason we recommend purchasing additional shipping insurance at checkout.

Shipping Insurance:

To mitigate against the risk of lost, damaged, or stolen items, the option to add on shipping insurance is available at checkout. Customers can choose not to add but by doing so are accepting the risk of lost / damaged / stolen items.

Address Changes:

For any address changes, please email hello@bawdee.com with your order number and the new address as soon as possible. However, keep in mind we are a small team of two juggling order fulfillment and customer service and cannot guarantee that we will be able to intercept the parcel and change the address in time, but we will do our best.

Returned Orders Due To Incomplete Or Incorrect Address:

Please note that if a package is returned to us because the provided shipping address is incorrect or incomplete, then we reserve the right to charge the shipping fee to reship packages.
