If you have any concerns about your order or would like to return an item to Bawdee, please contact us first at hello@bawdee.com.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, however:

  • If for any reason your good(s) are damaged upon receiving them, or they are not the correct product(s) you ordered, we will exchange it with a replacement product of the same value.
  • Please take a photo and contact us within 30 days of receiving the product(s), so we can arrange to exchange it with the correct product(s).
  • Please do not dispose of the item(s) until we have exchanged it. To make your claim please send us the following information: name, product details, proof of purchase (including order number), details of issue with product.

We will cover all shipping costs involved in replacing and exchanging incorrect or damaged good(s).

We reserve the right to ask you to send us back the product(s) whether it is damaged, or not the correct item/product before we issue a replacement or exchange. To claim your out-of-pocket expenses for returning any product(s) to us, please send any receipts for postage to the address listed below, or email a digital copy of the receipt to hello@bawdee.com. Bawdee Pty Ltd provides this limited warranty.

Items returned without prior contact may not be properly identified and this may either prolong or nullify your refund. Any items shipped to an improper address due to failure to contact us for return information are not our responsibility to refund or reship, that also applies to products with free shipping.

If you wish to return product(s), the product must be undamaged and unopened with the seal intact. Returned product(s) will be fully inspected and evaluated before a refund is issued minus the original shipping cost.

Please follow the exact directions provided by our customer service team in order for your refund to be received and processed appropriately and timely.

Non-Refundable Items: Bawdee is not responsible for Lost, Stolen, Mis-Routed or Undelivered shipments or those seized by Customs.

Please note: if you provide us with an incomplete or incorrect shipping address within Australia and your parcel is delivered to the wrong address / unable to be delivered / or returned to us, a $10 shipping fee will be required in order to resend your order.
